Power Ranch 4,100 sq ft two-story with pool, two EVs, and a heat-pump pool heater - total annual usage was 24,800 kWh and we sized for ~88% offset to keep within the SRP demand-rate sweet spot. Two Enphase 5P batteries chosen over Powerwall here because the customer already had an existing 6.8 kW Enphase system from a 2019 install we were adding to - IQ8H microinverters integrate natively, and the 5P stacks let us drop one battery now and add a third in a year if the EV count goes from two to three. Demand-shaving through the 4–7pm SRP peak cut peak kW from 11.2 to 3.4, which alone saved $880/yr on the bill.
