Mixed-roof Foothills custom (foam over the family room, tile over the bedroom wing) - we used different mounting hardware on the two planes and weatherproofed the foam-roof penetrations with EPDM + 3-course flashing. TEP's avoided-cost export rate runs roughly 50% of retail, so we engineered for high self-consumption: Powerwall covers the 5–9pm AC load and the array sized to overproduce 8am–3pm so the battery is full by mid-afternoon every day.
