Troon tile job - tile-lift crew pulled 96 S-tiles, installed Quick Mount QBolt flashings on every penetration, re-set tiles with new butyl. Powerwall mounted in garage on west wall (vendor-spec 50°F–86°F preferred). Customer self-consumes 78% of production through the 4–7pm APS peak window with Powerwall load-shifting; remaining export at APS Export Rate Rider rate. SRP-equivalent payback math here: 6.2 years cash, but customer financed via $0-down GoodLeap loan at 7.99% / 25 years and was cashflow-positive month one ($168/mo loan replaces $312/mo APS bill).
